Event Guidelines and Benefits
- College/Institute/University Students/working professionals/start-ups/community people are allowed to participate in the ideathon.
- A maximum of four participants are permitted per team.
- The idea should have a potential to be commercialized.
- Participants will be required to bring their own laptops, chargers and essential accessories to participate in this Ideathon.
- Facility like wired internet connection for every team, power supply points, will be provided by us.
- Participants need to submit their ideas giving a brief of the idea using the link given in submission tab given on website.
- Based upon the initial submission, the shortlisted teams (around 50) will be intimated through email to register for the Ideathon.
- Registration Fee of Rs. 1000 (per team) for shortlisted teams is to be deposited as per the registration guidelines given on website.
- Mentor support is allowed, but the mentor will be counted as part of the team (Team contain maximum four members).
- Copied Ideas will lead to disqualification.
- No Travel Allowance will be given by ACIC RISE Association, Chandigarh Engineering College, Landran.
- Institutional ID card is mandatory for the participants (students only).
- ACIC RISE Association will not be responsible, for loss of any belongings of the participants.
- The participants will be offered food and accommodation (Separate for female) during the Ideathon.
- All the registered teams will receive participation certificate.
Schedule highlights:
- Day 1: Briefing of Idea in One Minute (Round 1), Business Model Canvas (BMC) workshop, Preparation of BMC and Present BMC (Round 2), Based on results of Round 1 and Round 2, Top 25 teams will go for Round 3.
- Day 2: Workshop on How to Pitch your Ideas, Final Pitching- PPT presentation (Final Round 3), Announcement of Winners based on all three Rounds.
