ACIC RISE Association at CGC Landran organized an insightful session on “Pitch Deck & Ideation in Environmental Sustainability Startups for Prospective Funding.” The event aimed to equip budding entrepreneurs and innovators with the essential tools and strategies to effectively present their sustainable startup ideas and attract potential funding.
The session commenced with a warm welcome by Dr. Neha Sharma, Dean – Research and Development, CGC Landran, who highlighted the importance of sustainability-focused innovation and the role of academic institutions in nurturing green entrepreneurship.
The highlight of the session was the expert interaction by Er. Vijay Kumar Wakchaure, Founder of VIT Engineering Pvt. Ltd. He interacted with startup teams and school students, discussing different aspects of environmental sustainability. He shared useful tips on how to develop and pitch sustainable business ideas. Participants also got the chance to present their ideas and received guidance on how to improve their sustainability plans to make a stronger impact and attract potential investors. Dr. Amresh Kumar, CEO of ACIC RISE Association, and Dr. Dinesh Arora, IPR Head, participated as panelists during the evaluation and pitch session. They provided information on incubation and IPR support available for promising startups. The event offered a significant learning opportunity for aspiring innovators in the green startup ecosystem.
