The Department of RISE, CGC Landran, through its RISOVATE Club, successfully conducted an Outreach Awareness Session at Saint Soldier Smart School, Chunni Kalan, Fatehgarh Sahib, This program was conducted as a pre-sensitisation and awarenes session for an upcoming INNOVATION EXPO for SCHOOL STUDENTS; with an aim to inspire young minds for maximum participation. The interactive session encouraged students to view waste as a valuable resource and explore innovative, sustainable solutions that can transform everyday waste into impactful products and ideas. The initiative was conducted under the guidance of Prof. (Dr.) Neha Sharma, Dean Research, CGC Landran, whose unwavering commitment to nurturing innovation, sustainability, and experiential learning continues to inspire and empower young minds. The awareness session was facilitated by Er. Jaspreet Kaur, Vertical Head – Cyber Security Centre of Excellence, and Er. Satwinder Singh, Vertical Head – Advanced Manufacturing Centre of Excellence, who engaged with the students and highlighted the importance of sustainable practices and the transformative potential of converting waste into valuable resources.
