Mid-Program Highlights: Summer Training Program 2026 on Drone, Robotics and 3D Printing As the Summer Training Program 2026 on Drone, Robotics and 3D Printing reaches its midway milestone, the Department of RISE, CGC Landran, in collaboration with Dronetech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (Aerobott), Mumbai, continues to provide participants with an enriching blend of theoretical learning and hands-on technical experience. The expert sessions were conducted by Mr. Mohammad Shabir (GIS Analyst and Remote Pilot Instructor, Aerobott), who delivered insightful lectures on Drone Technology, covering drone fundamentals, flight operations, safety protocols, and real-world applications. Participants also gained practical exposure through live drone demonstrations, interactive learning activities, and hands-on experience with drone kits. In addition, Er. Ankur (Technical Engineer) conducted a live drone assembly demonstration, enabling participants to understand the assembly process, key drone components, and their practical integration.
A practical demonstration on 3D Printing was conducted by Er. Satwinder Singh (Vertical Head-Advanced Manufacturing Centre of Excellence), providing students with valuable insights into additive manufacturing technology, its working principles, and its diverse industrial applications. A session on Drone Design and Assembly was also delivered by Er. Sonia Jindal (Vertical Head – Drone Technology), providing participants with valuable insights into drone design principles, structural components, and assembly techniques. A sincere gratitude to Prof. (Dr.) Neha Sharma, Dean Research, CGC Landran, for continuous support in the successful execution of this initiative.
