The Department of RISE, CGC Landran, is delighted to share that ACIC RISE Association, CGC Landran, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with KS Enterprises, founded by Mr. Kulwant Singh. This collaboration marks a significant step towards advancing innovation and technology-driven solutions in career development and land management.

KS Enterprises develops AI-powered platforms that support smarter career development and land management through:

• Intelligent guidance
• Land record verification
• Transparent property transactions

The partnership aims to promote AI-enabled technology solutions, knowledge exchange, mentorship, networking opportunities, and entrepreneurial growth while strengthening industry–academia and startup ecosystem linkages.
