The Department of RISE, CGC Landran was pleased to engage with students during the Student Induction Programme 2026, with an insightful session delivered by Dr. Deepika Sharma for the MBA – CEC students on 28th July 2026.The session introduced students to the Research, Innovation, Sponsored Projects & Entrepreneurship (RISE) ecosystem at CGC Landran, highlighting opportunities in research and innovation, intellectual property rights, startups, incubation, Centres of Excellence, sponsored projects, industry collaborations, and entrepreneurship. Students were encouraged to explore their ideas beyond the classroom, understand the importance of innovation and research, and discover opportunities to connect their academic learning with entrepreneurship, technology, and real-world problem-solving. We sincerely appreciate Dr. Deepika Sharma for her valuable contribution in making the session informative and engaging, and extend our gratitude to Prof. (Dr.) Neha Sharma, Dean – Research & Development, for her continuous guidance and support in strengthening the culture of research, innovation, and entrepreneurship at CGC Landran.
