The Department of RISE, CGC Landran, is delighted to share that the participants of the Summer Training Programs 2026 on “IPR Powered Entrepreneurship: Founders Toolkit” and “Drone, Robotics and 3D Printing” visited the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC), Mohali, for an enriching industrial exposure. During the visit, participants gained insights into C-DAC’s research and development initiatives in High-Performance Computing (HPC), Quantum Computing, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Strategic Electronics, Health Informatics, and Cyber Security. They also explored innovative government-developed solutions, including eSanjeevani, eMulazim, institutional management systems, soil less agricultural systems, electronic nose technology, and HoneyTrap sensors. The visit provided a valuable opportunity to interact with experts, understand the practical applications of emerging technologies, and experience how research and innovation contribute to addressing real-world challenges and advancing national development. A sincere appreciation to Prof. (Dr.) Neha Sharma, Dean Research, CGC Landran, for her continuous motivation and support in providing valuable industry and research exposure to students. A special thanks is extended to Er.
