The IPR Cell , ACIC RISE Association of CEC Landran , Mohali organized an Expert talk/Awareness Session on Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), Copyright & Trademark .The session was led by Karan Puri , Vice President Ennoble IP and Ashutosh Rana , Assistant Manager -Ennoble IP (EIP). This was an enlightening session that delivered into the nuances and significance of protecting intellectual assets in today’s competitive landscape. The talk was structured to cover the fundamental aspects of IPR, Copyright and trademark, offering attendees a comprehensive understanding of each domain. The speaker enlightened audiences with many aspects of filing like Novelty , Non Obviousness , Section 3 & Industrial applicability to file the patents by giving suitable examples. Many queries of Faculty were addressed in the session.
