On day 7 of the Entrepreneurship Workshop for Ideators, being organized at ACIC RISE Association, Chandigarh Engineering College, Landran, under the capacity-building program for the startups, Mr. EKANT AGARWAL, Founder & CEO of Ekant Associates, enlightened the young ideators regarding the legal issues and legal requirements that need to be taken care of while raising funds from the angel investors and venture capitalists.
