The Department of RISE, CGC Landran successfully organized a Capacity Building & Outreach Programme on 3D Printing and Drone Technology on 1 September 2026 at Govt. Senior Secondary School, Machhlikalan. The programme aimed to introduce students to emerging technologies and create awareness about their applications in education, industry, innovation and entrepreneurship. The interactive session on 3D Printing was conducted by Er. Satwinder singh, Vertical Head – Advanced Manufacturing, covering the fundamentals, working process, materials and practical applications of additive manufacturing. Students were also introduced to Drone Technology by Er. Sonia Jindal, Vertical Head – Drone Technology, who explained the basic components, working principles, applications and career opportunities in the field. A key highlight was the live drone flying demonstration, giving students practical exposure to drone operation, flight control and its potential applications across various fields.
