The Department of RISE, CGC Landran is delighted to share the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Atal Community Innovation Centre (ACIC) RISE Association, CGC Landran, and the newly constituted ACIC-Eternal University Foundation, Eternal University, Baru Sahib Sirmour, Himachal Pradesh, hosted under the aegis of The Kalgidhar Trust, on 26 August 2026. This collaboration brings together two government-supported community innovation incubators funded by NITI Aayog, marking an important step towards promoting innovation, entrepreneurship, knowledge exchange and community-focused development. The MoU was signed by Prof. (Dr.) Neha Sharma, Dean Research, CGC Landran, Prof.(Dr.) Amresh Kr. Panjla, CEO, ACIC RISE Association, CGC Landran, and Dr. Sapna Thakur, Chief Executive Officer, ACIC-Eternal University Foundation, Eternal University, Baru Sahib Sirmour, Himachal Pradesh, marking a significant step towards fostering institutional collaboration in innovation, incubation, entrepreneurship and community-focused development.
