Session on Art of Writing Grant Proposals during FDP

We are delighted to share that Prof. (Dr.) Neha Sharma, Dean Research, CGC Landran, delivered an insightful session on “Art of Writing Grant Proposals” during the Central Level Faculty Development Programme (FDP) titled “Trailblazing Emerging Trends in Teaching and Learning Practices Aligned with NEP 2020,” organized by the Chandigarh Business School of Administration (CBSA), CGC Landran, from 30th June to 4th July, 2026. The session provided faculty members with practical insights into developing effective grant proposals, covering key aspects such as identifying funding opportunities, defining research objectives, selecting appropriate methodologies, preparing realistic budgets, and aligning proposals with funding priorities. Prof. Sharma emphasized the importance of strategic grant writing in strengthening research excellence, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration, and securing funding for impactful research initiatives. The session aligned with the objectives of NEP 2020 by promoting a stronger research culture and enhancing faculty capacity for research and innovation.
