The Pitch Presentation Round for the Community Innovator Fellowship (CIF) was successfully conducted at the Department of RISE, CGC Landran, where 8 shortlisted innovators, selected from a competitive pool of 28 applicants, presented their innovative ideas before an esteemed evaluation panel. We were privileged to have Prof. (Dr.) J.S. Saini, NITTTR Chandigarh, as our distinguished external expert. His insightful evaluation, valuable suggestions, and extensive academic and technical expertise provided meaningful direction to the innovators, encouraging them to refine their ideas into impactful and scalable ventures. The session was also graced by Prof. (Dr.) Neha Sharma, and Prof. (Dr.) Amresh Kumar, whose continuous guidance and encouragement reinforced the importance of innovation, entrepreneurship, and industry-academia collaboration. The shortlisted innovators showcased ideas across diverse domains, including Agritech & Food Processing, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Drone Technology, Sustainable Manufacturing, Waste Management & Circular Economy, Smart Infrastructure, and Social Innovation, reflecting the creativity and entrepreneurial spirit of the participants.
