Faculty Development Program (FDP) on Innovation & Entrepreneurship

As the curtains fell on the enriching journey of the Faculty Development Program (FDP) on Innovation & Entrepreneurship, the echoes of ideas, insights, and aspirations lingered in the air. What began as a quest for knowledge culminated in a celebration of innovation and entrepreneurial spirit.

The day opened with an insightful session on Intellectual Property for Startups by Prof.(Dr.) Dinesh Arora, IPR Head at CGC Landran, where participants explored the crucial role of protecting ideas and innovations in the competitive startup ecosystem.

Later, Dr. Dr. Karminder Ghuman, Associate Dean – Industry Connect & Entrepreneurship at LM Thapar School of Management, led an engaging session on Action Plan Development. Participants collaborated to transform their concepts into actionable strategies, reflecting the spirit of practical learning.

The day concluded with the Sharing of Action Plans and Feedback by Mr. Ankush Gawri, Indovation Manager at the Ministry of Education’s Innovation Cell (MIC) & AICTE, who provided valuable insights and perspectives. The program officially wrapped up with closing remarks from Dr Amresh Kr. Panjla, FDP Coordinator and a certificate distribution ceremony by the ACIC RISE Team, acknowledging the dedication and growth of each participant.
