AIM SUMVAAD – Banglore chapter

The ACIC RISE Association, CEC-CGC Landran is pleased to share that
Prof. (Dr.) Amresh Kumar (CEO, ACIC RISE Association) has actively participated
in the AIM SUMVAAD -South India Chapter hosted by the Atal Innovation Mission (AIM) in Bengaluru.
The event focused on shifting from basic infrastructure to high-level capabilities, ensuring incubators
become self-sustaining centres for technology transfer and commercialization.
Key milestones included the launch of the AIM Tamil Nadu Incubation Consortium and the
introduction of the National Incubator Assessment Framework to track performance digitally.
The constant encouragement by Prof. (Dr.) Neha Sharma (Dean R&D, CGC Landran)
facilitated the participation, strengthening the institution’s commitment
towards fostering innovation-driven initiatives and collaborative growth.
Furthermore, a specialized workshop was held for all the ACICs under the AIM umbrella,
specifically focusing on how to effectively deliver a combined model of community
engagement and innovation. By bringing together over 100 stakeholders
from across the AICs and ACICs, the conclave aimed to foster inclusive growth,
supporting deep-tech research, women-led enterprises, and innovation in tier-2 and tier-3 cities.
This participation reinforces CGC Landran’s vision of nurturing entrepreneurial ecosystems,
empowering innovators, and driving sustainable impact through research, technology transfer,
and inclusive innovation across diverse communities.
